Halloween at the Museum

Visit the Museum out of hours for Halloween if you dare! Ghoulishly good fun awaits – keep your eyes peeled for tricks and treats along the way…

Halloween activities at National Maritime Museum Cornwall are FREE as part of the Museum’s annual admission fee, pay once and get in free for a year.

Trick or Treat

4pm – 6pm

Create your own Trick or Treat bag then explore the galleries, what sweet treats will you find? Beware of tricks along the way!

Mythical Cornish Storytelling

4.30pm & 5.30pm

Gather round for mythical Cornish tales told by our ghostly Fisherwoman. Her tall tales will feature singing and music and are sure to send a shiver down your spine!

Potion Making

4pm – 6pm

Join our coven of sea witches to stir up some spells and mix up a potion!

Peculiar Portraits Trail

4pm – 6pm

Do you dare to wander around the museum and discover some spooky portraits from the deep? Journey around this hands-on trail and be brave as you hunt for all the portraits.
