Alicia teaches a Vinyasa flow class that is suitable for all levels and experience of yoga. The class is 75 minutes to allow for a dreamy savasana relaxation to finish. No prior experience of yoga is necessary. If you are a beginner to yoga, be sure to listen to your body and only join the postures and movements that feel good for you – you can adapt or leave out anything that doesn’t feel good.

If you are recovering from any injury, have a medical condition or are pregnant then it’s always best to check with a medical practitioner before you come to yoga if you are unsure. Please do not take part in the class if you have been advised by your GP or a medical practitioner not to exercise. If your body doesn’t feel good in a pose, then come straight out of it. It’s important to listen to your body and give yourself permission to leave out anything that doesn’t feel right for you. There is no pressure to join every move, Alicia will encourage you to chill and rest when you want to!
We would love to capture some images and film of the yoga to share via our social media and marketing channels. By purchasing a ticket you consent to being in photos and film of the event.
