Installing our Christmas Displays 24-27 November 2025

If you’re visiting the Museum Monday 24 – Thursday 27 November, our crew will be working hard to install magical Christmas lights displays overhead in the Boat Hall.

You’re still very welcome aboard during this time. We’ll be charting a slightly different course to keep your visit safe:

You’ll be redirected on a new route to navigate past the Boat Hall.
Visitors won’t be able to climb aboard in the RNLI Zone.
Our Boat Pool will be closed to skippers while we work overhead, except for special pre-arranged access for school visits.

Work will be complete on Friday 28 November and then you’ll be able to feast your eyes on the festive flying flotilla.
