About Carve Magazine

Carve was first published in 1994 with the aim of giving British and Irish surfing a credible voice and telling stories from the thriving cold water surf communities around the coast. From the early days of Surfers Against Sewage, the birth of big wave surfing Ireland and its incredible rise, to grass roots travel journeys and new wave discoveries the team has been at the heart of surfing for over 30 years.

The Cornish coast is our home, and despite travelling the globe, we never found anywhere else we would rather be.
