Various Days & Times
During your Museum visit you may encounter our knowledgeable visitor experience team delivering ten-minute talks or object-handling sessions for you to find out more about our collections.
Drop-in to one of our Viking object-handling sessions and find out more about the seafaring prowess of this iconic era. Get up-close and hold the history of surfing in your hands with our sensory SURF! object-handling collection. Our Museum volunteers run these sessions throughout the year, so keep a look out for them popping up on your next visit.
Take a trip to our Tidal Zone on a Sunday afternoon 2.15pm and you might find a member of the team there to tell you all about Falmouth Harbour’s amazing marine life.
Travel through our Boat Hall on weekdays at 12.30pm and you could discover the epic sea survival story of The Robertson family and the Ednamair in our Boat Hall, shared by a member of the team.
These talks and activities are included in your Museum admission. We recommend contacting us on the day of your visit to find out what’s on, as dates and times change subject to team availability.
