Captain Stephen Beattie’s medals, including his Victoria Cross for valour during the Second World War, need a new home. We are fundraising for a special case so we can share his incredible story, and the story of the brave military personnel who fought alongside him.

Brave the maritime monsters, get creative in Make & Take, and discover hidden surprises in the Museum trail.

Halloween at the Museum is perfect for children and their families. Visit out of hours if you dare!

Take an in-depth look at the story of the WW2 Special Operations Executive base at Helford, and the Museum’s SOE boat reconstruction project with Bob White and Jonathan Griffin.

This December, immerse yourself in a month of maritime magic at the Museum, with festive displays, special events, a Museum trail and Christmas crafting.
